Siobhan Allgood is a professional chef who has worked in Philadelphia, Baja Mexico, San Diego, and is currently featured on Season 7 of “Hell’s Kitchen”. Her cooking combines the flavors and techniques of Baja cuisine with Asian, Italian and French influences, with an emphasis on locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Siobhan cooks and creates without limits, and she is one of the first chefs to bring the cuisine of Baja Sur to the East Coast.
